** jumping in awkwardly **
Faolin crept through the forest, her yellow eyes scanning the trees and the little bit of undergrowth. She tiny red wolf stuck out in every terrain, so hunting was never a skill she pursued. But her pack needed food, so she she needed to give it to them. She crept through the pines, weaving through the trees. She spotted a squirrel at the root of a pine tree, munching on some seeds and berries. She gathered herself into a crouch, and sprang. She squirrel immediately went up the tree, spiraling up as it went. Unfortunately for it, Faolin was expecting that, and leaped at the tree, the squirrel running right under her paws. She swatted it down, and killed it quickly. She was proud only for a moment, because the squirrel wouldn't fill the belly of a packmember. She sighed, and carried the squirrel off, searching for another squirrel, or if she was lucky, a rabbit.

( Just forget everything above your post, the members are no longer on here. It's just an Alpha female and her female beta. ^^)
Tala stalked through the grassy forest with her mouth open, searching for a fresh scent of potential prey. She, scenting no worthy prey nearby, began searchin for her Alpha to see how she was doing. Tala put her nose to the ground and when she caught Faolin's scent, ran off in the direction the trail led her, scaring the nearby crows who seemed to have no luck in finding any good prey either since they have been hanging in the trees all day. Tala found her Alpha with a squirrel in her mouth. It was chubby from the plentiful spring, but hardly enough to feed one of them. "Faolin !" Tala cried to her as she trotted up. She sat before her leader with her head bowed, waiting for her to adress her.

"Hello Tala," Faolin said, her voice muffled from the limp squirrel in her mouth. Her yellow eyes were gentle and excited from the hunt. She put the squirrel down and licked her chops. She scanned the trees behind Tala, wary for any unwanted visitors.

Faolin looked down and sighed. "No. Have you caught anything?" she asked, raising her head. She sat down, wrapping her white tipped tail over her black, delicate looking paws.

Tala lowered her head. "Nothing worthy..." she sighed. Just then the crows in the trees began cawing and took flight. Tala watched the black birds fly in a east direction. She turned back to her alpha, excitment filling her grey eyes. They could lead them to some food. Crowfood, yes, but food. "They are headed for trout lake... do you think it would be worth it to check it out ?" she whispered to her master.

Faolin nodded. "We might as well," she admit sadly. She stood up, and trotted after the birds quietly, looking to see what they were leading her to.

Tala bounded after her Alpha, eagar to find whatever the crows were leading them to. (now let's go to the trout lake forum, to keep it organized.)
