Slade bent down and gently took the stupid thorn in between his teeth.
"This may hurt a bit." he mumbled and with one jerk, pulled the thorn out as quickly as he could.

Slade spat out the thorn, and smiled back.
"We should continue our patrol... we haven't even covered half our territory." he said finally and with a nod, started to trot along the border intill Rusalka caught up with him, then they both started to run.

They were running for a little bit when Rusalka heard a howl in the distance. "Did you hear that?" she asked. "Theres wolves on our territory" she growled. "Come on Slade."
